[drats_users] D-RATS & Multi-port TNCs

Whilst we are on this trail ....


Can we add multi drop KISS (sometimes called BPQKISS or Polled KISS)? In 
theory one can have up to 16 tnc's strung off the same serial port. Any 
of the Z80 based TNC's will support this and so it lends itself readily 
to those embedded machines such as ALIX etc.
