 D-RATS starts ok, but when I want to add a new port such as dvdongle it
 crashes with the ignore or quit window.  I have tried different versions
 in 0.3 & 0.2.  It used to work fine before.  I have upggraded my systems
 to Window7 Home Premium.  This may be the problem with its running
 correctly.  I am gong to take a system back to XP to see this solves the
 problem and I will let you know.  I have attached the debug log and the
 .confing files.
