[drats_users] [D-RATS] #286: Can not get DVdongle to allow connections with Drats

I have a similar issue with the DVAP dongle in that it will not pass GPS info from the radio to the server for display on the APRS.fi tracking maps.  Robin is aware of this issue and, as his time permits, he may rewrite the software to allow this.  I'm sure he's keeping a list of requested capabilities for his next upgrade, and we all appreciate what he does to support D-Plus, the Dongles, and other great stuff!

 D-RATS is capable of sending data over a socket that is then transmitted
 over the radio (via the ratflector application) without any corruption,
 which is why I maintain that it's not (completely) a D-RATS problem.
 However, it seems that Robin shares my lack of interest in solving this
 problem.  So, until that changes, dongle support in D-RATS will remain
 broken.
