Yep, that's not too surprising.  The file transfer logic will eventually
scale the block size out of the realm of what the TNC can handle since
it's not expecting to be on top of such a limited device.  You could try
setting your block size very low and the number of blocks out at a time
to just 1.  See if that helps.
