#201: "Map Edit Sources" window fails to appear
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
 Reporter: n0so@… | Owner: kk7ds
     Type: Bug | Status: new
 Priority: Stability | Milestone: 0.3.2b10
Component: Map | Version: 0.3.2b10
 Keywords: | Platform: Windows
--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
WB8KUG, N3TSZ, N0EOP and N0SO were playing with adding static map
locations. When Map->Edit Sources was selected the first time, the "Edit
Map Sources" window worked. On the 2nd attempt, the "Edit Map Sources"
window failed to appear. Exiting, then restarting d-rats made the "Edit
Map Sources" window appear again on the first attempt, but not on the 2nd.

Test Environment: Windows Vista with SP2 running in a VM under Fedora
Linux. WB8KUG also experienced this running Vista on real hardware (I was
running a VM to help troubleshoot).

A quick review of the debug log showed:
 Traceback (most recent call last):
File "d_rats\map_source_editor.pyo", line 38, in _add
File "d_rats\map_source_editor.pyo", line 173, in __init__
File "d_rats\map_source_editor.pyo", line 128, in __init__
RuntimeError: could not create GladeXML object in several locations. The
 debug log is attached.

Work Around: Exit and re-start d-rats or copy the static location files to
 the "...static_locations" folder manually.

I recommend making this a low priority, since there is a "work around"

NOTE: The "Edit Map Sources" window works "fine business" under Linux.
N3TSZ and N0EOP were running Windows XP and did not experience this
problem. I suspect the error is a "low memory" or some other resource that
is specific to Windows Vista (and probably Windows 7).

 Debug log file is attached.
