Comment:

 Yep, I (finally) created an automated build script (changeset:1794) for
 MacOS so I can more regularly post packages.  However, when I first did
 it, I forgot to include the forms directory, which includes the source
 files.

 Please check this again and re-open this bug if it's still broken.
