 Hmm, well, this is rather puzzling and I'm not able to reproduce here
 unfortunately because I only have an XP box.

 I don't really see how it could succeed once and then not a second time
 based on what the code is doing and the errors in the log.

 For b11 I have added some debugging code to help indicate where the paths
 are for some source files on Windows, as well as changed the way the
 source directory is found to be a little more concrete (changeset:1795 and
 changeset:1796).

 If you could re-test this when I post that beta, and include the debug log
 if it's still broken, that will give me more to go on.
