[drats_users] D-RATS and the Dongle vs radio

Not that this is relevant to D-RATS in any way but ....

"Weaker"? Seriously? It's digital AND through a repeater. All repeater 
transmissions are the same strength regardless of the uplink signal quality.

All the users should have heard all the other users assuming the 
incoming data to the repeater was valid. It's more likely a setting 
issue on the 2 other stations not hearing the dongle users.
