Hi all,

I just posted b7 with just a few small changes:

- Don't create the terminal window for aspell on win32
- Fix repeater to honor the require auth flag
- Show the callsign on the D-RATS main window title bar
- Make station status (Online, Unattended) persist across restarts
- Fix base64 decoding of non-multipart email messages
- Add a frame around the new chat entry box
- Focus the new chat entry box when the chat tab is selected
- Fix (for real this time) the RPM build

Brent, please confirm that the aspell terminal window goes away.

Brian, please let me know if the repeater bits are fixed for you.

Adrian and Mike, please confirm the RPM fix.

Carl, please let me know if the ticket emails are now decoded properly
in D-RATS.  Also, the message window changes we discussed are still a
work in progress, so those will have to come later.
