[drats_users] D-RATS 0.3.2b7

Well here goes, I installed the spell checker and checked the box before.  It worked fine but the window popped up and was there.  So I left the box checked but had taken out the string in the PATH and disabled it.  I had noticed that the spell checker box in the appearance tab was shaded and I could not uncheck it. It was disable and that was fine.  I installed b7, added the Aspell to the PATH and relaunched DRATS.  The window does not pop up, the box is shaded and I can't check it or uncheck it and the spell checker does not work.
Hmm, now what have I done....
