Well, that's excellent news.  The changes I made were related to the GPS
stuff, and probably made the difference.  I fixed a bug that was
corrupting GPS-A beacons.  This was reported by Pierre a while ago and I
just happened to fix it yesterday.  I think I was thrown off by your
"connection refused" message and didn't even think about it being the
GPS-A issue.

Is this perhaps because you still have D-RATS set to open the serial
port that is in use by the DPRS interface?  If so, just uncheck the
"enabled" box next to that serial port in the preferences dialog so
D-RATS doesn't try (and fail) to open it.

Yep, that would go along with a general freshening of that document for
0.3.x.  I'll try to remember to do that in the next couple of days.
