 This is in ver 0.3.b3

 Two debug logs attached.  repeater.log is generated after just running
 d-rats_repeater.exe.  Upon exit, the program remains running and is listed
 in the WinXP process window.

 repeater_D.log was generated after running the program with the "-D"
 option.  This resulted in the program closing on it's own with an error
 window and nothing left running in the process window.

 D-RATS client was not run for either of these instances either locally or
 remotely.

 The ID I am using for the Ratflector is KN0N/R but I also tried -R and my
 plain callsign
