Comment:

 Added in changeset:1510

 I opted not to allow requesting of version numbers by broadcast as I think
 that's not a common use case.  Everything that is broadcast-able will be
 hit by each person each time they come up on frequency, "just because".
 Limiting the operations with such power to those that are actually useful
 is prudent, I think :)
