 When trying to determine if there is a potential problem it is useful to
 know what version of D-RATS people are using.  Example: Across the
 Ratflector I'm guessing people are running all sorts of different versions
 that are behaving somewhat differently from each other.  Knowing what
 version people are using would simplify diagnosis and identifying
 compatibility issues.
