 Similar to the ability to request position coordinates for a specific
 station, but in this case send out a broadcast message which all stations
 respond to (similar to ping CQCQCQ). Useful to identify if D-RATS stations
 are nearby, or if trying to build a map of D-RATS stations for
 demonstrations.
