[drats_users] Node adapter support

Perhaps these snipets of Mark's email via the gmsk_dv_node might help?

"Mark,

D-Star Hot Spot's TCP port (20003) is outbound only. Any slow speed
data received via the analog radio connected to the node adapter will be
sent out Hot Spot's TCP port. Slow speed data received from a remote G2
server (via the internet) will NOT be sent out the TCP port. Any data
received by the TCP port from a connected client is ignored.

Mark (KB9KHM)"

And

"You can (and Hot Spot does) create 'silence' packets. The 9 bytes of
data are still wasted, but no noise comes out of the speaker. This is
all Mark is asking for, and is what I plan to add later as a feature."

So it seems that whatever comes in over the radio is echoed to port
20003. I *think* it's just a raw stream. I'm gonna do some more
experiments.

As per the snipet above it does seem as if Mark is willing to allow
bi-directional comms on port 20003. I guess I had better get my order in
for some more node boards.

I wonder if we could persuade him to open up comms to the reflector
system too. That way we could have all the nodes pointed to REF015C and
they could all swap data etc.
