[drats_users] E-Mail SMPTE Connection

Actually, I should have said... the holy grail would be to have: Voice, APRS, Chat and Winlink Email,
All with "one" VHF/UHF D-Star radio and comprehensive piece of software.
Seems like it should be possible.
