[drats_users] D-RATS 0.2.7b6 config help

I think I'm confused.  At this point, I'd like to create an email in D-Drats and send it to the internet from my internet
connected computer.  No other station involved.  Do I need additional software to make that happen?
What do you mean "Have email forwarding turned on"?
