Ah, this is just a build issue.

Since I have to package the entire python environment with D-RATS for
Windows, the thing that produces the build doesn't always sniff out all
the dependencies correctly.

I just freshened the b5 installer and zip with that module, so
re-download it and see if that helps.  There might be another module
after this, but we'll address it if so.

My Windows box has all the python stuff installed, as you might imagine,
so it doesn't fail when a module gets missed, because it finds it
elsewhere on the system.
