I set MS Outlook to originate 2 emails in Plain Text format, instead of
html format, and sent them both to gmail.  D-RATS picked them up through
POP and they appeared in the Form Manager without any problems...

2 emails sitting for you.  One from hotmail and the other from MS
Outlook (in html format) to help with testing.
