[drats_users] D-Rats ver 0.2.6 failing to run

This is really annoying, I know, because it annoys me too.  The windows 
build infrastructure I'm using does that for me, and it's not always 
what I want.  Lately, I've been trying to convince it to be less oppressive.

Hmm, that is a pretty juicy one.

First off, I'd like to get a copy of your configuration directory if 
possible.  To get to that, go to start->run and type:

   %APPDATA%

and then hit enter.  If you could zip up the D-RATS directory and send 
it to me in a private email, I would appreciate it.

To unblock yourself, you should be able to rename the D-RATS directory 
to D-RATS.old.  At that point it should be able to start up normally 
(but with all your settings reset, of course).

Sorry you're having trouble, but thanks for helping me diagnose it!
