[drats_users] D-Rats ver 0.2.6 failing to run

I jumped the gun before reading this email. I will send you the D-Rats directory (?) when I get a chance. Evans Mitchell, KE4EFM is near the AES store, so I am going to run over to meet him.Regards, James Deuel, N0XIA
