[chirp_users] New chirp-next build

Hi Glenn,

Have you tried running chirp-next on Ubuntu? Or tried running it straight
from the git repo? I don't use a screen reader, but I was able to run chirp
directly from the latest branch in the git repo just fine, and without
flatpack .

Which screen reader do you use on TV Ubuntu? I could try testing it
