[chirp_users] Help with Programming Rugged Radios RM-60

[Nigel A. Gunn G8IFF/W8IFF]

Rugged doesn't seem to list an RM-60 on their website.
What other radio does it LOOK like. It's obviously a something that's been rebadged.
