[chirp_users] Chirp does not work on my Baofeng UV-5R radio, I am deleting the program!!!

I have used CHIRP numerous times for the UV 5R.  I agree with the Dean most
issues I ran into were from the connector not seating correctly. Also
updating or reinstalling the driver solved the issue
