[chirp_users] Port recognition issue

Hmmm.  Device Manager says: Port_#0003.Hub_#0001
When I copy and paste that into CHIRP I get an error message:
could not open port Port_#0003.Hub_#0001: [Error 2] The system cannot find
the file specified
