[chirp_users] Support for CS800D??

Will,

It's late and I should have been more focused.  The code plug I provided
the link to is for OH and contains OH DMR repeaters and related info.
You'd need one for your part of NY to get the DMR repeaters and local talk
groups, and other relevant data for your area.  There probably is a DMR
club in your area that may provide a code plug and offer general help.  If
you go to the Connect Systems website you'll find software to allow editing
code plug files and creating code plugs.  Be warned: these files are
somewhat complex and there's a steep learning curve to understand their
contents.
