[chirp_users] Support for CS800D??

Will,

Chirp can only program analog radios.  The CS800D is DMR so you need a code
plug,  which is a fairly complex configuration file.  I'd suggest searching
online for "cs800d ciodeplug" to locate one and learn more about DMR.  I
found one for my AT-868UV HT here and one for the CS800D code plug can be
found at http://arrl-ohio.org/digital/kb8lkh.html and other sites.
