[chirp_users] Help needed resolving Errors opening CVS file in Chirp

What Jardy said. We are full-time RVers in retirement and I build files of
repeaters in advance of our travels, then load my radios from my laptop as
we move. Once they’re built! It only takes a few minutes to load.
Repeaterbook.com makes it pretty easy.
