[chirp_users] TYT th 9800 file

Hi,
I imported the frequencies for the CB channels, which apparently the TYT TH 9800 will receive RX only AFAIK, into a CVS file for later import.
Since CB is AM, would it be right to put AM in the column that usually has FM in it?
