[chirp_users] PL tone 146.3 not available to use

Hi Kyle,

Just a few thoughts: can you get a nearby ham to listen on the input of the
repeater? You will then know, for definite if you are modulating or not. Or
even to be sure you're transmitting on the right frequency.

Talking of modulation... what is your TX set to (is it adjustable?!) There
will be something like wide or narrow.

Are you sure about the ctcss / PL tone frequency?  I just Googled it, and I
can only find 146.2.

Some of this you'll have done I'm sure. Otherwise - hope it's useful.
