[chirp_users] Attention BF-T1 users: dev driver available to test.

I have a boafeng BF9-f9v2+ which I am trying to program using chirp and the
baofeng cable and the BF-8HP file.  I can add channels to chirp OK and the
program recognizes and clones from the radio to the program list.
However,  I cannot upload to the radio from the program list.  The pick
list under radio does not give me the option to upload to radio:  i.e. the
"upload to radio" pick is "greyed out" and will not function. What am I
doing wrong?
