You should start another topic since this one is about the BF-T1. But
to answer your question, your problem is that you created a file
without downloading from the radio first. You must download from the
radio to create a tab that is compatible with the radio. Save the
first successful download, unedited, to a file to be kept in a safe
place as a backup. After that you can save the tab again with its
"working" name to be edited with your channels (you can import the
list you made) and upload it to your radio.
