[chirp_users] Fwd: baofeng 82c

Tried leaving a blank row in chirp, but I loaded to radio, it just moved row below up into blank. Radio is or Search and Rescue, so yes I will want to RX and TX. Wished I could send screenshots of what kenwood columns look like, but message size to big. I'll checkout links below.

I'm not sure you are asking what you want. If you want to leave a 
memory empty, don't program it.

Depends on what you want. If you want to TX a tone and have no receive tone: 
Tone Mode: Tone 
Tone: {the TX CTCSS tone} 

If you want to TX and RX with the same tone: 
Tone Mode: TSQL 
ToneSql: {the TX/RX tone}
