[chirp_users] Unable to read/write Wouxon KG-UV8D

Hi Phil,

What version firmware does the radio have? (Press and hold the 3 key
while turning the radio on).  Mine (the one I developed the driver on)
shows:
 KGUV8D
 Sain Sonic
 Sain Sonic
 01000001
 UV8DV1.04
 20140723
