My complaint

Regarding Firmware. If you refuse to provide Firmware to CHIRP programmers
I will stop supporting your business & stop using your radios. I have sent
you a lot of sales because of CHIRP & how easy it is to use. I love your
radios & CHIRP. Together they are great! Honestly your software sucks! It
is very difficult to use. I will not try it again. I suggest you supply
CHIRP with the UV-5RV2+ & any future firmware or I will boycott your
products & send new radio interests elsewhere.
