[chirp_users] MAC OS X 10.7.5

In addition to what Jim said about Chirp, OS X can now be upgraded even
if you have a used system. Apple made this easier a few versions ago. I
have two refurbished Macs and they both have version 10.11 (El
Capitan). There are some limitations in what versions of hardware can
run what versions, however.
