[chirp_users] Clone cable

it is very easy to tell (not before you buy it but after you get it)

if it works fine with a 2015 ver driver the prolitic is genuine.
if it only works with version 3.2.0.0 you got yourself a knock off clone.
rule of thumb: if the cable cost is 2-5usd it is probably a knock of
if it costs 15-20usd there is a chance for a genuine prolitic.

a work around is building your own cable with a chip board that cost less
than a dollar on aliexpress
