[chirp_users] Clone cable

It really is hard to tell though. Unless it is an OEM cable from one of the
top tier manufacturers or a FTDI based cable you run the risk of getting a
cloned prolific. It's not the end of the world though. The knocks off work
fine with the old driver as mentioned.
