Thank you, John, but the UV-82 setting did not work. I tried all other 
Baofeng models, and none of them would work with the UVTEN-4.
I got varying errors from radio did not respond to did not ACK first 
command and did not respond to programming mode. Unfortunately, I do not 
have the tools to give you any more information than this.
