[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R won't program

I was having trouble with the same thing i found that if i unplugged the USB cord from computer and plugged it back in before u click on the OK where you set the radio description it would work. The last ones i did worked fine with the new build i installed tho.

I click on new and then click on the radio tab and put in com1 or com2 or com3 or com4 and always get an error (vendor is Baofeng and UV-5R).
