[chirp_users] Chirp and Icom IC-7200

Ok got an answer to my question. Yes you can upload memories using USB. 
So the problem appears to be with Chirp? It will not read from the 
radio. Anyone with any experience using Chirp with an IC-7200? Trying to 
make this work.
