[chirp_users] Baofeng GT-3 Mark-II

Thanks for advice. I believe it is in the USB connection on computer. I
will have to go to another computer and try again.

I know it had good connection originally, because I was able to download
from Repeater Site.

Will follow-up tomorrow.
