[chirp_users] ID-880H

Well, maybe it was just a problem for my cable, but it stated windows in 
general.
I think it said that windows would find a driver, but it will find the wrong 
one.
It identifies the cable, but it will not work right.

8 and 10 automatically found the driver on my valley cable
