[chirp_users] FW: Chirp not talking to radio - Ubuntu 14.04

...and do not forget to update your kernel on Ubuntu. Until a few days 
from now, there was a kernel that DID NOT support USB-to-Serial-devices 
correctly. So make your updates and you may be fine! (helped here a lot!!!!)

If you can not update try a rollback and try an earler kernel!
