[chirp_users] UV82 firmware incompatible

Thanks for the info, I'll just have to wait for the patch.
Flow of events went like this, open CHIRP get message of new version is 
available decided to pass at this stage.
Connected new UV-82 and tried to upload my img but error about firmware 
but I was able to download OK and saved that img.
Decided I should update to 0.4.1 and also installed the daily build.
After that I could not talk to the radio at all, however, I was able to 
still connect successfully with my older UV-82.
Reverted to the previous version 0.4.0 which allowed me to download but 
trying to upload the same img I get error massage about firmware, even 
though it is what I just downloaded.
I'll just have to be patient and wait for the next daily build.
