[chirp_users] My question - RE: Welcome to the "chirp_users" mailing list

My Step Daughter just recently got a UV82 and when I programmed it with
chirp, it would receive but transmit was scratchy and intermittent. I used
the software from Baofeng Tech to program it and she told me today it is
working fine. Never heard of it, and not sure why but I have seen stranger
things.
