[chirp_users] Error message

Something I planned to send but forgot.  I'm using an older version of
CHIRP, CHIRP daily-20140428, because my thinking pattern tends to be that
if I don't need something new to get the same job done as without, I do
without.  For example, just look at all the people on this discussion group
who have to go back to old Win drivers to make this work.  Hence, the older
version of CHIRP.

Again, thx for any info.
