[chirp_users] Baofeng UV82L Port problem

Anyone that doesn't know we use phone frequencies on 2 meters doesn't 
know their HAM history. Their was a time when you either were 
transmitting code or phone. Phone is voice audio modulation.

This is from the http://www.arrl.org/frequency-allocations web page.


      2 Meters

/All Amateurs except Novices:/
144.0-144.1 MHz: CW Only
144.1-148.0 MHz: CW, Phone, Image, MCW, RTTY/Data

Notice the word Phone!!! Saying phone frequencies in HAM lingo is 
totally correct.
