[chirp_users] Baofeng UV82L Port problem

Not to mention the whole idea of entering non-phone frequencies in a transceiver of this type in the first place.

Btw, I'm having trouble changing the plugs in my perambulator.

Phone *frequencies* yes.  Calling a RADIO a "phone", no.  Not unless you 
really don't know a lot about radio.
